As part of the store opening team for NSW, you will play an instrumental part in launching the Clarks retail stores in Australia. With multiple opportunities in Parramatta, Kotara and Penrith, Brand Ambassadors will commence in September on full time, part time or casual basis.

As a Brand Ambassador within our business your responsibilities will be to:

• Provide exceptional customer service and establish long-lasting customer relationships with a loyal customer base.
• Be a passionate Clarks Brand Ambassador and promote the Clarks brand both to customers and to your fellow Brand Ambassadors in your store.
• Assist with merchandising the store.
• Assist with stocktakes and inventory management.
• Meet and exceed set sales targets.

In order to succeed in this role you will have:

• A demonstrated ability to deliver superior service by exceeding customer expectations and through delivering a Total Customer Experience to every customer.
• Come from a customer service background.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
• Exceptional presentation skills.
• Strong organisational and follow up skills.
