This Newcastle based organisation requires the expertise of a thorough technical writer with sound ability to extract information and generate reports for technical concepts and procedures. In this role you will be expected to produce documentation to a standard that enables new users and technicians to understand and implement with minimal knowledge of the IT environment.

Your knowledge of programming and technical terminology will be beneficial, as would your ability to extract information quickly and succinctly from end-users regarding systems and interfaces. Your knowledge of Oracle’s ODI would be highly desirable, though not essential.

This is a short term contract opportunity. Initially requiring a 3 month commitment with ongoing work a possibility.
