Our client is seeking an experienced Injury Management Coordinator to join their team for an immediate start. The role will involve processing workers compensation and injury management documentation along with co-ordinating and implementing workplace injury management policies, procedures and programs to facilitate the return to work of injured staff. You will be required to provide technical advice and apply best-practice interventions in case management to minimise lost working time and support business objectives.

The successful candidate will possess;

• Extensive knowledge and experience in injury management, workers compensation and return to work
• Qualifications or Workcover accreditation as Return to Work Coordinator
• Thorough understanding of case management
• Ability to develop and coordinate injury management policies, procedures, programs and interventions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills
• Handle a high volume work environment
